By placing an order, you confirm that:

4. Nature of Our Products

Laxmi Jewellers specialises in handcrafted lab-grown diamond jewellery.

Most pieces are made to order and may include:

  • Custom ring sizing
  • Diamond specification selection
  • Custom settings
  • Engraving
  • Metal type and purity selection

Due to the handcrafted and customised nature of our jewellery, minor variations in finish, weight, or appearance may occur.

5. Orders & Production

An order is considered accepted once:

  • Payment (or deposit) is received; and
  • Order confirmation is issued.

Production begins after confirmation.

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once production has started.

6. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in AED unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change pricing without prior notice.

Deposits
  • A 50% deposit may be required to begin production.
  • The remaining balance must be paid before dispatch.
  • Deposits are non-refundable once production begins.
Taxes & Duties

International customers are responsible for:

  • Import duties
  • VAT
  • Customs clearance fees
  • Any local taxes

We are not responsible for customs delays or additional charges imposed by authorities.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide from Dubai, UAE.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • Production schedules
  • Courier delays
  • Customs procedures
  • All shipments are insured during transit.

Risk transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery.

8. Warranty

We provide coverage for manufacturing defects in accordance with our Warranty Policy.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage
  • Improper handling
  • Third-party alterations

9. Intellectual Property

  • Images
  • Logos
  • Text

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Laxmi Jewellers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is unlawful.

11. B2B (Trade / Wholesale Orders)

For trade customers:

  • All sales are final.
  • Production begins only after written approval of design and specifications.
  • Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

12. Chargebacks & Dispute Protection

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You understand that most jewellery is made to order.
  • You accept our production, sizing, and shipping policies.
  • You agree to resolve disputes directly with us before initiating chargebacks.

We reserve the right to submit order confirmations, design approvals, and policy acknowledgements to payment processors in the event of disputes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.

14. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
