Thank you Ms. Raechelle for assisting me. Very kind and good communication.

They always update me through WhatsApp, even while the ring is still being made. Great service! 👏🏻

✨A truly wonderful experience from start to finish ✨

I came across their TikTok Live and decided to enquire through WhatsApp. From the very beginning, Ms. Rose and Ms. Rachelle were incredibly helpful, patient, and accommodating even with my endless questions! 🤍

I’ll admit, I was initially a little hesitant because the shop is based in the UAE while I’m in the UK. However, they completely reassured me and made sure I was kept updated throughout the entire process, especially while my customised ring was being made. The communication and attention to detail really gave me peace of mind.

And when my ring finally arrived… I was absolutely in love. 💍✨ It is an upgrade from my husband, and it feels even more special knowing how thoughtfully it was customised for me.

The diamond quality is beautiful and so incredibly sparkly, it catches the light perfectly and looks even more stunning in person. I honestly couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.

Thank you so much to Ms. Rose and Ms. Rachelle for making the whole experience so smooth, reassuring, and memorable. I’m beyond happy with my ring and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful, customised piece. 🤍✨

I can confidently say that Laxmi Jewellers is one of the best places to buy diamond jewelry in Dubai. 🇦🇪

I recently purchased my first ever diamond ring set, and before choosing them, I spent a long time searching, comparing prices, and checking quality across different shops. I wanted something beautiful, authentic, and fairly priced and Laxmi Jewellers delivered on all three.

Huge thanks to ate Rose from Laxmi Jewellers, who was incredibly patient, honest, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all my questions, and made sure I was completely satisfied. There was no rush and no pressure at all. They truly focus on what the customer wants and go above and beyond to meet and exceed expectations.

What impressed me the most was the quality of the diamonds versus the price. I ended up getting a stunning ring set at a price that was much better than what I found elsewhere, without compromising quality.💎

I walked out more than happy and very confident with my purchase. If you are looking for high quality diamonds, excellent service, and fair pricing, this is the place to go. I highly recommend Laxmi Jewellers, especially for kabayans who want great value and a trustworthy diamond shop. 💍✨

An absolute 5-star experience! I ordered a diamond ring from a Dubai-based jewelry boutique, Laxmi Jewellers, UW Mall and the level of care was top-notch. The sales assistants Miss Rachelle and Miss Rose went above and beyond to accommodate my requests and made the purchasing process smooth and stress-free. The ring arrived as a secure parcel right here in Abu Dhabi without a single hitch. The piece is stunning, high quality, and looks even better in person. Thank you for the wonderful service!"
